If you're looking for a used car in Orlando and fantastic customer service, look no further than Tropical Auto and David Torres! From my very first call to inquire about a car, David was exceptional. He was patient and informative throughout the entire process, answering my numerous questions with a smile (even over the phone!). David completely changed my perception of the "typical car salesperson." He was helpful, friendly, and never pushy. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had! David helped get me into a 2020 Chevy Malibu and the process took nowhere near as long as it did at any regular dealership. Buy here pay here is super easy here!

Orlando and the manager hector came through and saved me and my family. I just moved here and my car engine failed. The dealer failed me so I ended up here on a streak of good luck and they hooked us up same day. LOW DOWN PAYMENTS, IN HOUSE FINANCE, LOW PAYMENTS, AND MY CREDIT ISNT THE BEST! If you need wheels you got to call and ask for Orlando.
